The indictment announced Tuesday against J’Vonta Buckley of Columbus also includes a charge of child pornography related to cell phone images allegedly made of the victim.
The indictment also alleges the 26-year-old Buckley used force, fraud or coercion against an adult female who worked for him as a prostitute on Backpage.com, an online classified ad site.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office says Central Ohio Human Trafficking Task Force investigators ran across Buckley while conducting a sting on an online ad they believed depicted a minor girl.
