Ohio University students gathered in Scripps Hall and marched through the streets of Athens as a part of the Take Back the Night campaign. The students had Dr. Stephanie Gilmore, a writer and activist for preventing sexual violence on college campus, speak to the group of students on how to combat rape culture on campuses.

After the speech, students gathered in the Scripps Ampitheater and started to walk through the streets of Athens and started to head north on Court Street. They then headed west on Washington and then south on Union towards Walter Hall.

The students then gathered in Walter Rotunda to continue their discussion on sexual violence on campus. This march is one part of the Take Back the Night campaign. They went to Ping Recreational Center following their discussion for a Zumba session. Their final day of the campaign is on Monday, April 11, where they will have a debriefing session.
