Athens Boys Basketball Coach Not Renewed Due To ‘Behavior’ Problems
< < Back toThe Athens Bulldogs basketball team is looking for a new coach, after so-called behavioral problems led the district to dismiss Jeff Skinner.
Athens High School Principal David Hanning confirmed with the Athens Messenger that Skinner’s supplemental contract as boys’ basketball coach won’t be renewed for the 2016-2017 school year.

Hanning confirmed that there was no physical incident between Skinner and a player that prompted this decision, however.
