Republican Joel Blue beat Democrat Kent Biegler 8,508 to 7,152 in the race for county prosecuting attorney.
The Cambridge City School proposed tax levy renewal was passed 3,424 to 2,200. The 5.3 mills will go into effect in 2017.
Voters approved the Guernsey County District Library’s proposed renewal of its tax levy 9,643 to 5,578. The mil will not exceed $0.10 for every 100 dollar of valuation, and will be in effect for a period of 5 years beginning in 2017.
