W. Va. Board of Ed Member White Tapped for Minority Affairs Post

Justice says in a news release that Bill White will leave his position on the state Board of Education to lead the Herbert Henderson Office of Minority Affairs.
White has served on the state board since 2010.
Justice says White will help his administration “make West Virginia a more welcoming place for all people.”
A Bluefield native, White founded The Management Development Group, which specialized in organization development consulting to Fortune 100 companies.
He’s worked as a research chemist and executive in the pharmaceutical industry and was executive producer of a diversity training video used by governments, the private sector and nonprofit groups.
