Episode 002 : Brian Williams, Kindness Ninja

Brian grew up in martial arts since he was 4 years old. His instructor taught him that kindness was the ultimate form of self-defense. They weren’t just training to become black belts in the arts, but Kindness Ninjas– people who carry out acts of kindness without seeking recognition. Fast forward 22 years. At the age of 26, Brian founded Think Kindness, a non-profit dedicated to inspiring kindness in schools around the world.
Brian’s infectious energy and positivity have earned him national media exposure on MTV, USA Today, & MSNBC. He has spoken to more than 400,000 students across the country, collected hundreds of thousands of shoes for families around the world, produced 2 award-winning humanitarian documentaries and has traveled to Africa multiple times to carry out Global Acts of Kindness.
Brian currently resides in Reno, Nevada with his wife and 1 year-old baby girl… who is already starting to Karate Chop everything in sight.
