PHOTOS: The Dairy Barn Arts Center Hosts First Spoken and Heard Event

Thursday, March 15 marked the first Spoken and Heard event at the Dairy Barn Arts Center, a series organized in part by Athens’ recently named poet laureate Kari Gunter-Seymour. The first installment in the series featured reading by regional poet Deni Naffziger and Bexley-OH based poet Maggie Smith. The next Spoken and Heard event will take place on Thursday, April 19, and feature poems with the theme of “the path not chosen: mental illness.”
