Waterville’s Oliver Hazard Headed to Casa July 11

Oliver Hazard is a hardworking, indie folk band from Waterville, OH, anchored by its three members, Mike Belazius, Devin East, and Griffin McColloch. The outfit has been around since 2016, when a series of events led the group to writing and recording their first full-length over the course of a few harried weeks.
The band is headed to Casa Nueva on Thursday, July 11, and made time to speak to WOUB about their unique origin story, the music scene in their hometown, and the importance of growing a fanbase in a grassroots way just a few days prior to their Athens debut.
