Cat’s Pajamas Spring Edition 2020: March 26-28 at Arts West

For over 10 years, the Cat’s Pajamas Clothing Exchange has served as a fundraiser for Arts West, a non-profit arts organization run by the City of Athens Arts, Parks and Recreation Department. The 2020 Spring edition will have exchange days on: Thursday, March 26: 5:30-8:30 p.m. for Arts West Members Night; Friday, March 27: 5:30-8:30 p.m.; & Saturday, March 28: 10 a.m.-6 p.m.

To participate, now through Thursday, March 26th, bring unwanted clothing and accessories to Arts West during business hours* to receive a golden ticket that allows unlimited items on the exchange days; Or bring clothes on the exchange days for a regular ticket, with which attendees may take as many items as they brought, additional items $1. Thursday, March 28 is Arts West Members Night with free entry for all current or new Arts West members (membership sign up forms will be available at the door). On Friday, March 27 entry is $15, and on Saturday, March 28th is $10. Once entry is paid, participants may return to the event as many times as desired. Entry is only paid once. Free for children 12 & under!

Friday, March 27th: 5:30-8:30pm
Saturday, March 28th: 10am-6pm

How much? :  Free on Thursday, March 28th for Arts West Members; $15 on Friday (includes admission for Saturday) , November 2nd and $10 on Saturday, November 3rd (Free for children 12 & under)

*Business Hours:  M-F 11am-6pm (call 740-592-4315 for extended clothing drop-off hours)

The mission of Arts West is to make facilities, resources, and opportunities available to arts organizations, individual artists, and community residents. Arts West harnesses community focus for all individuals engaged in the creation, performance and exhibition of the arts and promotes activities preserving the beauty, heritage and culture of our town.

The Ohio Arts Council helped fund this organization with state tax dollars to encourage economic growth, educational excellence and cultural enrichment for all Ohioans.
