PetSmart Designates Shopping Hours for Seniors and Immune-Compromised Customers

PHOENIX, Ariz. (WOUB) — PetSmart announced it is designating shopping hours two days a week for seniors and other people at risk for contracting the novel coronavirus.

These hours will be 9:00-10:00 a.m. Mondays and Thursdays, according to an email sent to customers. This includes people over 60, pregnant women, and those who are immunocompromised.

PetSmart is also offering curbside pickup at its stores. Customers must place an order online for in-store pickup. When arriving at the store, customers should call the store and select option “0.” An associate will come out to the car, and customers are asked to open their vehicle trunk or door to receive their items.
