Belmont Co. Unofficial Results For May 2021 Primary

ATHENS, Ohio (WOUB) — The only voters in Belmont County to cast ballots during Tuesday’s election decided the Democratic primary in Martins Ferry’s 4th Ward.
Rick Rodgers beat Pamela Shrodes, 41-20 to earn the nomination for that ward’s council seat, according to unofficial results.
