This week on the OUtlet, the city of Athens has finally received American Rescue Plan funding, and WOUB reporter Nick Viland talks to Athens city officials about where the funds will be spent. Just off Carpenter Street in Athens, a local home owner and a local artist collaborated to beautify the neighborhood with a new mural.
