Excursions: Jazz Motifs w/ Dr. Art Cromwell

This Saturday, Excursions, with Art Cromwell will present the third part of a series focusing on the developments of avant-garde music forms within in British Jazz parallel with the 1960s “New Jazz” period in the States.

Our focus will be on presenting ensembles, innovators, landmark recordings, and the significant contributions of British Jazz artists during what has been called an important-if not the most significant period in 20th Century British music.
