ATHENS, OH – WOUB Public Media has partnered with FreeWill, an online estate planning tool, to help community members create their legal will. The tool is completely free and easy to use. In a matter of 20 minutes, you can ensure peace of mind and security for you and your loved ones and if you choose, designate WOUB Public Media as a beneficiary of your estate plan.
“Estate planning is traditionally considered complex, scary, and expensive,” said WOUB Community Engagement and Membership Manager Cheri Russo. “So, WOUB has decided to provide this tool to take those elements out of it. It’s an online resource that anyone can use to create these important legal documents.”
All estate plans made using FreeWill are 100% legal and specifically tailored to our jurisdiction. FreeWill partners with nonprofits, like WOUB, to help ensure that people can create a will for free, while raising bequests for charities.
