Slow Joy celebrated release of new EP, ‘Mi Amigo Slow Joy’ in Columbus

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WOUB) – Esteban Flores has been releasing music as Slow Joy since 2020. The project has gained a following thanks to its evocative mix of space rock, shoegaze, and post-rock.

On Friday (at midnight) Flores released a brand new Slow Joy EP, Mi Amigo Slow Joy. Flores celebrated the release at the Ace of Cups. Columbus’ Silvis and Springfield’s Better Anyway opened the show.
