Here are the 2024 general election results for Jackson County
< < Back toJACKSON COUNTY, Ohio (WOUB) – According to unofficial results, 68.22 percent of registered voters in Jackson County cast ballots in the 2024 general election.
Voters in the county supported Republican Donald Trump for president with 78.37 percent of the vote, followed by Democratic Kamala Harris with 20.73 percent.
In the race for U.S. Senate, Jackson County voters preferred Republican Bernie Moreno with 72.87 percent of the vote followed by Democratic Sherrod Brown with 23.82 percent.
A majority of Jackson County voters cast ballots against Issue 1 with 72.6 percent of the vote.
Voters in the city of Jackson voted down a Income Tax Levy continuing of 1.5% with a vote of 1280-1119.
Voters in Wellston approved a Fire EQ Tax Levy replacement of 3.5 Mills for 5 years with a vote of 1005-897.
Voters in Hamilton approved a Hamilton Fire Levy replacement of 1.5 Mills for 5 years with a vote of 140-110.
Voters in Liberty approved a Fire Levy replacement of 1 Mill for 5 years with a vote of 513-351.
Voters in Scioto approved a Fire Levy replacement of 3 Mills for 5 Years with a vote of 469-347.
