Here are the 2024 general election results for Gallia County
< < Back toGALLIA, Ohio (WOUB) – According to unofficial results, 68.2 percent of registered voters in Gallia County cast ballots in the 2024 general election.
Voters in the county supported Republican Donald Trump for president with 79 percent of the vote, followed by Democrat Kamala Harris with 19.9 percent.
In the race for U.S. Senate, Gallia County voters preferred Republican Bernie Moreno with 73 percent of the vote followed by Democrat Sherrod Brown with 22.9 percent.
A majority of Gallia County voters cast ballots against Issue 1 with 73.1 percent of the vote.
Voters in Huntington Township approved a fire levy renewal of 1 mill for five years with a vote of 403 – 200.
Voters in Morgan Township approved a fire levy renewal of 1 mill for five years with a vote of 332 – 205.
Voters in Gallia County approved a Council on Aging renewal of .5 mills for five years with a vote of 8345 – 3811.
Voters in Gallia County approved a 911 system sales tax levy continuation of .25 percent for five years with a vote of 7837 – 4337.
