Here are the unofficial 2025 May primary election results for Jefferson County

JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ohio (WOUB) – According to unofficial results, 9.66% of registered voters in Jefferson County cast ballots in the 2025 May primary election.
Republican voters in Steubenville supported Ralph Petrella over Kimberly Hahn in his bid to be the party’s nominee for the mayoral race with 50.32% of the vote. No Democrat filed a petition to run in the primary.
Voters in the City of Toronto approved a proposed 4.86 mills for 10 years fire equipment levy with a vote of 350-207.
Voters in the Southern Local School District, which includes parts of Jefferson, Carroll and Columbiana counties, approved the renewal of a 7.84 mills for 5 years current expenses levy with a vote of 363-338.
