Here are the unofficial results for the 2025 November general election in Jefferson County

JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ohio (WOUB) — According to unofficial results, 30.08% of registered voters in Jefferson County cast ballots in the 2025 November general election.
Voters in Steubenville selected Ralph Petrella to be their mayor with 2295 votes. The write-in candidates received a total of 302 votes.
They also selected Tracy McManamon with 420 votes to fill a Council seat representing the 2nd Ward. The write-in candidates received a total of 40 votes.
And for the 4th Ward Council seat, they selected Royal Mayo with 138 votes. Marc Barnes received 109 votes.
Voters in Toronto selected Michael Burkey with 540 votes, Lawrence Glenn with 473 votes and Ron Holmes also with 473 votes to fill Council at Large seats. The write-in candidates received a total of 17 votes.
Voters in Mingo Junction Village selected Mark Baker with 374 votes and Adam Peeler with 282 votes to fill Council seats. Christopher Horner received 255 votes, while one write-in candidate received 199 votes and the other write-in candidate received 14 votes.
Voters in Empire Village selected Cindy Lockhart with 78 votes, Tyler Lockhart with 76 votes, Scott Lockhart with 75 votes and Justin Adkins with 75 votes to fill Council seats. Belinda Stock received 39 votes, while Randy Westbrook Jr. received 38 votes and Gerald Matthews received 34 votes.
Voters in Rayland Village selected Brenda Staats with 55 votes, Jim Doughty with 52 votes, Emily Beck with 45 votes and Dawn Wharton with 38 votes to fill Council seats. Evelyn Burley received 36 votes, while Andrea Jenkins received 33 votes.
Voters in Richmond Village selected Charles Miro with 69 votes, Buck Banovsky with 60 votes, Robert Stewart Jr. with 59 votes to fill Council seats. Voters will have to wait until canvasing to see who the fourth council member will be as Ruth Blackburn and Eric Long both received 55 votes.
Voters in Tiltonsville Village selected Kimberly Malechowski with 161 votes, Kelly Klubert with 160 votes, Brandon Staats with 142 votes and Janet Scott with 117 votes to fill Council seats. Phillip Bunting received 62 votes.
Voters in Wintersville Village selected Bob Merriman with 586 votes, Carmen DeStefano with 538 votes, Randy Spence with 537 votes and Jason Mattern with 520 votes to fill Council seats. Rich Gunther received 516 votes.
Voters in Yorkville Village selected Robert Zitzelsberger with 100 votes, Doug DelVecchio with 90 votes, David Spong with 89 votes and Cindy Norman with 81 votes to fill Council seats. Bill Reasbeck received 17 votes.
Voters in Cross Creek Township selected Louis Vandeborne with 1,318 votes and Robert Rice with 697 votes to serve as Trustees. Paul S. Cesaro received 617 votes.
Voters in Island Creek Township selected Sam Grafton with 1,238 votes and Donald R. Mossor, Jr. with 853 votes to serve as Trustees. Anwaa T. Martin received 460 votes.
Voters in Knox Township selected Mike Swickard with 442 votes and Frank Martin with 418 votes to serve as Trustees. Rob Herron received 329 votes, while the write-in candidate received 12 votes.
Voters in Saline Township selected Charles Crawford with 184 votes and Danny L. Householder with 170 votes to serve as Trustees. Ryan Holland received 130 votes, while Rhonda Householder received 128 votes.
Voters in Steubenville Township selected John Scott Fabian with 512 votes and Albert R. Chappano, Jr. with 429 votes to serve as Trustees. Jack McGuire received 399 votes.
Voters in Warren Township selected Carl J. Sgalla with 545 votes and Larry DeLuca with 346 votes to serve as Trustees. Kelly Jones received 305 votes.
Voters in Wayne Township selected Darren Pinkerton with 416 votes and Keith W. Cline with 313 votes to serve as Trustees. Richard Davis received 248 votes, while Kevin Walker received 135 votes.
Voters in Wells Township selected Jeffrey Kamerer with 472 votes and Brian Harvey with 292 votes to serve as Trustees. Ben Batenburg received 227 votes.
Voters served by the Indian Creek Local School District Board of of Education in Jefferson County selected Daniel Bove, Jr. with 2808 votes and Brianne Schoolcraft with 2292 votes to serve as board members. Rachel Gilman received 1654 votes.
Jefferson County voters approved a proposed five year 1 mill replacement levy for current expenses for the public Library of Steubenville and Jefferson County with 52.18% casting ballots in favor.
Voters in the City of Steubenville approved proposed Charter Amendment 8 with 64.36% casting ballots in favor.
