Shots Fired Outside Belmont County Courthouse, 2 In Custody

No serious injuries were reported.
The Belmont County sheriff says the man and the car's female driver were arrested Thursday. Sheriff David Lucas says Sylvester Walker, 20, of Wheeling, WV, and Nicole Gust, 19, of Bellaire are in jail on numerous charges.
Sheriff's Detective Sgt. Ryan Allar says Walker fled to a car outside a Belmont County courthouse in Bellaire after a judge ordered the man arrested.
Allar says he and other deputies chased Walker. Allar said he was struggling with Walker and Gust when another deputy shot the tire.
Lucas says Walker jumped from the car but was quickly apprehended after he fled toward a wooded area.
