Patrick Conway, co-founder of Great Lakes Brewing Company, talks about the company’s long-standing initiative of sustainability, specifically with their zero-waste production and grain recycling to feed local livestock. The company’s farm-to-table policies and dedication to sustainability has only added to their critical acclaim.
