Secretary of State Jon Husted announced the lineup of the issues that will appear on Nov. 3 ballots during a state Ballot Board meeting Tuesday.
The board approved the ballot language for the redistricting proposal and was considering wording for a marijuana legalization proposal and a plan aimed at keeping monopolies or cartels from being added to the state constitution. The so-called anti-monopoly or cartel measure will be known on the ballot as Issue 2.
The proposed amendment that seeks to legalize marijuana for medicinal and recreational use will be known as Issue 3.
The five-member board approves the ballot language, explanations and arguments that appear in newspapers.
