Goldenseal Magazine Celebrating 40 Years

West Virginia's Goldenseal magazine is celebrating its 40th anniversary with a commemorative issue that includes stories from past editions.
Stories featured in the Spring 2014 edition include a military plane crash on Spruce Knob and the history of a luxury automobile, the Norwalk, that was produced in Berkeley County from 1912 until 1922.
The West Virginia Division of Culture and History produces the magazine about traditional life in West Virginia.
The division says in a news release that Goldenseal has about 11,000 subscribers across the U.S. and in several other countries.
