Graduation Rate Up At Ohio State

As of last year, 58.5 percent of Ohio State students received their degrees within four years.
The rate was up nearly 6 percentage points from a year earlier.
The university's six-year graduation rate went up nearly 2 points, to 79.7 percent.
Ohio State Vice President Dolan Evanovich says that graduating more students out into the marketplace faster is good for them, good for the state and good for the country.
President Barack Obama and other national leaders say that producing more college graduates will help the U.S. stay competitive.
Ohio State hopes for even higher graduation rates by requiring sophomores to live on campus.
