Eastern coach Jeremy Hill has emphasized the importance of his team putting together four solid quarters of basketball since the start of the season. But playing a full 32 minutes seems to be the biggest problem for the Eagles (1-3, 1-2).

After Cameron Richmond's last-minute layup saw Eastern squeak by Miller earlier this season it has been hard for the Eagles to find their second win of the campaign. That game saw Eastern play their most complete game of the season, but it has failed to produce a similar performance this season.

Hill and Co. looked to make up some ground in the TVC-Hocking this past week as they took on Wahama on Tuesday night, but the Eagles inability to complete the game was present again when the White Falcons came to the Eagles Nest.

The game went back and forth, but eventually Wahama took the game 57-56 over the Eagles. Eastern, again, struggled to get over the hump and find a way to win late in the fourth quarter.

The Eagles hoped to bounce back later in the week as they headed into Golden Rocket territory. But, Wellston (2-5, 0-3) dominated this game and defeated Eastern 63-51.

Once again, the Eagles could not put together a full 32 minutes of good, team basketball.

Hill has to get his guys to figure out where they must improve in order to avoid another disappointing season. Nelsonville-York is the Eagles next opponent and the two teams will face off in the new year on Janurary 3.
