Alexander boys’ team is blossoming after comprehensive off-season program

The Alexander Spartans retake the hardwood after a 9-11 season and a sectional finals departure.
Despite graduating most of their starters, the Spartans return one key player in Third Team All-State member, Kyler D’Augustino.
The junior has already made his presence known offensively with some major performances along with joining to the 1,000-career point club.
The Spartans have built their chemistry throughout the offseason, but there are still certain areas that have room for improvement.
“Our communication is pretty good right now but we have to get better,” D’Augustino said. “We have to call out the screens and everything. We have to make sure we are talking.”
Alexander will look to use their team chemistry they have built to compete in the TVC and make a run in the playoffs.
