Rural Action, in collaboration with the Athens Asian American Alliance is excited to offer a hands-on workshop on growing and preparing Asian vegetables. This engaging event will include a cooking demonstration and tasting session, during which participants will discover the unique flavors and benefits of these delicious plants.

AAAA will show how to cook commonly available vegetables in various Asian ways, introduce a few climate-resilient Asian vegetable and legumes, as well as demonstrate how to cook various mushrooms. These dishes showcase the versatility and creativity that can be achieved through the use of Asian vegetables in cooking.
