Democrat Luke Feeney earned a position as Chillicothe mayor with 52.28% of the vote. Republican Julie A. Preston earned 41.62% of the vote and Jade Berry earned 6.1% of the vote.
Democrat Kevin Shoemaker earned a position as Chillicothe president of council with 50.7% of the vote. Republican Joe Gieringer earned 49.3% of the vote.
Republican Lisa Bennett earned a position as Chillicothe’s first ward for member of council, with 58.26% of the vote. Democrat Ruth Teeters earned 41.74% of the vote.
Republican Kathy L. Payne earned a position as Chillicothe’s second ward for member of council with 55.37% of the vote. Democrat Christina Arredondo earned 44.63% of the vote.
Republican Steve Barnes earned a position as Chillicothe’s fourth ward for member of council with 53.38% of the vote. Democrat John Thacker earned 46.62% of the vote.
Republican Gergory A. McKeever earned a position as Chillicothe’s fifth ward for member of council with 50.23% of the vote. Democrat Julie A. Thacker earned 49.77% of the vote.
Republican Dan Demint earned a position as Chillicothe’s sixth ward for member of council with 50.35% of the vote. Democrat Jamie Brown earned 49.65% of the vote.
Republican Allison Henderson, Democrat Dustin Proehl and Republican Jeff Creed earned positions on Chillicothe council at large with 17.59%, 17.28% and 16.78% of the vote respectively. Republican Anthony Philips earned 16.48% of the vote, Democrat David Tatman earned 16.45% of the vote and Democrat Gunner Barnes earned 15.42% of the vote.
Baary Carter and Sandra L. Smith earned positions on Adelphi Village council with 45.31% and 28.91% of the vote respectively. Christopher Fyffe earned 25.78% of the vote.
Patti Cavender earned a position as Frankfort Village mayor with 60.6% of the vote. Virgil Flannery earned 39.4% of the vote.
Michael Stroud earned a position as South Salem mayor with 70.37% of the vote. Jason E. Addis earned 29.63% of the vote.
Angela L. Page and Wicki Lynn Smith earned positions on South Salem Village council with 43.18% and 32.95% of the vote respectively. Peggy Couch earned 23.86% of the vote.
Steven R. Clever earned a position as Colerain Township trustee with 56.57% of the vote. Larry J. Sater earned 43.43% of the vote.
Brad W. Putnam earned a position as ConcordTownship trustee with 38.75% of the vote. Zachary D. Shaaf earned 31.83% of the vote and Bryan J. Crosier earned 29.42% of the vote.
Barry Bennett earned a position as Green Township trustee with 57.58% of the vote. Carl Gearhart earned 42.42% of the vote.
Josh Hines earned a position as Harrison Township trustee with 70.85% of the vote. Daniel Cartee earned 29.15% of the vote.
John R. Cottrill earned a position as Huntington Township trustee with 50.41% of the vote. Shawn Kellough earned 49.59% of the vote.
Nick Haines earned a position as Huntington Township fiscal officer with 59.40% of the vote. Larry D. Cuckler earned 40.6% of the vote.
Jim Hatfield earned a position as Jefferson Township trustee with 66.57% of the vote. Paul H. Minney earned 33.43% of the vote.
Kenneth Elwood Benner earned a position as Paint Township trustee with 43.37% of the vote. Ryan Lewis earned 28.61% of the vote and Eric Hamilton earned 28.01% of the vote.
Bryan Bethel earned a position as Twin Township trustee with 56.26% of the vote. Chad Norman earned 43.74% of the vote.
Bob Whitten earned a position as Union Township trustee with 36.05% of the vote. Jeff Henness earned 32.56% of the vote, Ken Good earned 20.6% of the vote and Matt Hakins earned 10.79% of the vote.
Joseph Spaulding and Ryan Wade earned positions as Chillicothe City School District members of the board of education with 37.39% and 33.96% of the vote respectively. Richard Spindler earned 28.75% of the vote.
Jeanne L. Lavender earned a position as Union Societo Local member of board of education with 66.38% of the vote. Ray Braden earned 33.62% of the vote.
Ann C. Oyer and Allan Szoke earned positions as Waverly City School District members of the board of education with 30.86% and 27.78% of the vote respectively. Amy Shaffer earned 23.46% of the vote and Amy Nathan earned 17.9% of the vote.
Pat Tatman and Brad Depugh earned positions as Zane Trace Local School District members of the board of education with 31.9% and 20.28% of the vote respectively. Richard L. Lockwood earned 14.9% of the vote, Matthew Carver earned 13.1% of the vote, Bill Rinehart earned 10.57% of the vote and Kristi Rinehart earned 9.25% of the vote.
