Gallipolis Man Dies In Crash

The Gallipolis post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of a fatal car crash on Mill Creek Road in Gallia County last night.
It happened about 11:00 p.m.
James Polcyn, 68, of Gallipolis was taken to Holzer Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
Investigators say Polcyn died after his minivan traveled off the road and struck a tree.
Polcyn was not wearing a seatbelt.
