Here are the unofficial results for the 2025 November general election in Guernsey County

GUERNSEY COUNTY, Ohio (WOUB) — According to unofficial results, 19% of registered voters in Guernsey County cast ballots in the 2025 November general election.

Voters living in Adams Township from Guernsey County selected Dave Mitchell with 200 votes and Tanner Mourer with 184 votes to serve as Trustees. Thomas E Galbreather received 143 votes.

Voters living in Center Township from Guernsey County selected Doug Dodd with 177 votes and Jeffery Bridgeman with 174 votes to serve as Trustees. Rick Nealey received 168 votes.

Voters living in Jackson Township from Guernsey County selected Rusty D. Winland with 332 votes and Donald J Marlatt with 322 votes to serve as Trustees. Charlie Mallet received 276 votes, while James Rick Dybendal received 262 votes.

Voters living in Knox Township from Guernsey County selected Trent Cincinat with 80 votes and Kaleb Mourer with 72 votes to serve as Trustees. Greg Fuller received 43 votes.

Voters living in Oxford Township from Guernsey County selected Elmer Yoder Jr. with 59 votes and Jacob Cunningham with 58 votes to serve as Trustees. B. Travid McCulloch received 46 votes, while Robert A. Oakley received 36 votes.

Voters served by the Ridgewood School Board in Guernsey County selected Lacey Rettos McCombs with 18 votes to serve as a board member. Alan Folkert received 14 votes, while Frank R. Mathews received 14 votes.

Voters in Valley Township selected Micheal Adamik with 189 votes and Jim Conrad with 144 votes to serve as Trustees. David Warner received 134 votes.

Voters in the Village of Cumberland selected Bryan S Prater with 34 votes to serve as mayor for an unexpired term ending December 31, 2027. Derek Brown received 25 votes.

Voters in the Village of Fairview selected Connie Jean Gibbons with 13 votes, Greg W. Gibbons with 13 votes, Ashley McConnell with 11 votes and Lora Cunningham with 9 votes to fill Council seats. James R. Steele received 4votes.

Voters in the Village of Quaker City selected Don Burkhart with 59 votes, L. Ray Lucas with 47 votes, Savannah Conrad with 46 votes and Leota Alwine with 43 votes to fill Council seats. Kimberly Canel received 35 votes, while Brandon Gardine received 31 votes..

Voters in Westland Township selected Charlie Neptune with 156 votes and William A. Tickhill with 129 votes to serve as Trustees. Luke Ford received 110 votes.

Voters in Adams Township approved a proposed five year 1.5 mills renewal levy for road improvement and maintenance with 69% casting ballots in favor.

Voters in Cambridge Township approved a proposed five year 3 mills renewal levy for road improvement with 58% casting ballots in favor.

Voters in the City of Cambridge approved a proposed five year 3.9 mills renewal levy for fire protection with 71% casting ballots in favor.

Voters in Newcomerstown Township rejected a proposed five year 9.2 mills renewal levy for current expenses with 61% casting ballots against.

Voters in Richland Township approved a proposed five year 0.3 mills renewal levy for cemetery maintenance with 67% casting ballots in favor.

Voters in Richland Township approved a proposed five year 0.3 mills renewal levy for fire protection with 69% casting ballots in favor.

Voters in the Village of Cumberland approved a proposed five year 6 mills renewal levy for current expenses with 67% casting ballots in favor.

Voters in the Village of Fairview approved a proposed five year 4.7 mills renewal levy for current expenses with 86% casting ballots in favor.

Voters in the Village of Quaker approved/rejected a proposed five year 1.5 mills renewal levy for sewage expenses with 63% casting ballots in favor/against.

Voters in Westland Township approved/rejected a proposed five year 3 mills renewal levy for road maintenance with _% casting ballots in favor/against.
