Here are the unofficial results for the 2025 November general election in Carroll County

CARROLL COUNTY, Ohio (WOUB) — According to unofficial results, 25% of registered voters in Carroll County cast ballots in the 2025 November general election.

Voters in Carrollton selected Kevin Butterfield with 333 votes, Travis Parker with 288 votes, Brittany Tangler with 255 votes and Wilma Lambert with 197 votes to fill council seats. Thomas White received 160 votes.

Voters in Malvern selected Marci Hubbard with 147 votes, Michael McCort with 135 votes, Tom Holmes with 131 votes and Barbara Burgess with 105 votes to fill council seats. Craig Delong received 104 votes.

Voters in Minerva selected Alex Gotschall with 148 votes, Aaron Stoller with 136 votes, Christine Coe with 93 votes and Jennifer Jordan with 51 votes to fill council seats.

Voters served by the Minerva Local School District selected Susan Crawford with 234 votes, Tara Lawson with 209 votes and Donald Spinell with 192 votes to serve as board members. Roger Herstine received 186 votes and Thomas Freeland received 157 votes.

Voters in Center Township selected Beau Brace with 547 votes and Kenneth Manfull with 138 votes to serve as trustees. Scott Nicholas received 87 votes.

Voters in East Township selected Rusty Grubbs with 82 votes, Sherman Oyer with 74 votes and Jeremiah Shipley with 56 votes to serve as trustees. Curtis Frase received 45 votes.

Voters in Harrison Township selected David Seck with 163 votes and Dale George Jr. with 160 votes to serve as trustees. John Shultz received 5 votes.

Voters in Lee Township selected Dale Tinlin with 130 votes and Karl Moore with 118 votes to serve as trustees. Dick Walters received 108 votes.

Voters in Fox Township selected Todd Brown with 112 votes and Joshua Havens with 84 votes to serve as trustees. Nick Roudebush received 82 votes and Frank Clark received 68 votes.

Voters in Monroe Township selected Brian McIntire with 292 votes and Wally Leggett with 255 votes to serve as trustees. Brian Vitagliano received 100 votes and Joseph Rafferty received 62 votes.

Voters in Perry Township selected James Ujcich Jr. with 100 votes and Delbert Rich Jr. with 83 votes to serve as trustees. Mark Lumley received 59 votes.

Voters in Washington Township selected Zachary Campbell with 147 votes and Rodney Days with 121 votes to serve as trustees. Jason Beard received 58 votes.

Voters served by the Conotton Valley Union Local School District selected Shawn Leggett with 248 votes and Nichole Bower with 189 votes to fill school board seats. Jason Galigher received 181 votes.

Voters served by the B&M Ambulance District approved a 5 years 0.8 mills renewal levy for ambulance/EMS services with 68% casting ballots in favor.

Voters served by the Quad Ambulance District approved a 5 years 6 mills renewal levy for ambulance/EMS services with 67% casting ballots in favor.

Voters in Augusta Township approved a 5 years 2.5 mills replacement levy for roads and bridges with 55% casting ballots in favor.

Voters in Fox Township approved a 5 years 2.5 mills replacement levy for roads and bridges with 51% casting ballots in favor.

Voters in Union Township approved a 5 years 2.45 mills replacement levy for roads with 55% casting ballots in favor.

Voters in Loudon Township approved a 5 years 0.5 mills renewal levy for fire protection with 63% casting ballots in favor.

Voters in Franklin Township approved a 5 years 1 mills renewal levy for fire protection with 73% casting ballots in favor.

Voters in Franklin Township approved a second 5 years 1 mills renewal levy for fire protection with 67% casting ballots in favor.

Voters in Moorefield Township approved a 5 years 0.5 mills renewal levy for cemetery maintenance with 86% casting ballots in favor.
