Here are the unofficial results of the 2025 general election in Vinton County

VINTON COUNTY, Ohio (WOUB) — According to unofficial results, 22.79% of registered voters in Vinton County cast ballots in the 2025 November general election.

Voters in Brown Township selected Floyd Largent with 27 votes and Kevin Parkison with 15 votes to serve as Trustees. Levi Carl Andrews received 10 votes and Marion Thompson received 8 votes.

Voters in Knox Township selected Grant Smart with 72 votes and Michael W. Andrews with 60 votes to serve as Trustees. Stewart Hall, Jr. received 45 votes.

Voters in Harrison Township selected Thomas E. Dexter with 61 votes and Tyler William Fout with 59 votes to serve as Trustees. Mark D. Fout, Sr. received 20 votes.

Voters in Richland Township selected Earl T. Jarvis with 188 votes and Karen S. Pickell with 49 votes to serve as Trustees. Colton Hale received 41 votes.

Voters in Vinton Township selected Joshua R Fyffe with 55 votes and Glendon Barnes with 49 votes to serve as Trustees. Eric James Ogg received 33 votes and Alice F. Malone received 26 votes.

Voters in Wilkesville Township selected Eugene Wells with 84 votes to serve as a Trustee. John A. Adams and Joseph F. White tied with 53 votes for the second open Trustee seat.

Voters in the Vinton County Local School District selected Cindy L. Strausbaugh with 1,263 votes, Charlotte S. McManus with 366 votes, and Amy E. Issac with 334 votes to serve on the Board of Education. Amanda Rondelle Wolzt received 136 votes, Laura A. Martin received 117 votes, and Kaleb Shane Robinette received 97 votes.

Voters in the village of MacArthur approved a proposed 5 year 2.5 mills renewal levy for street improvements with 68% ballots cast in favor.

Voters in the village of Wilkesville approved a proposed 5 year 3 mil additional levy for maintaining and operating cemeteries with 63% ballots cast in favor.

Voters in the Village of Zaleski approved a proposed 5 year 4 mills renewal levy for street improvements with 71% ballots cast in favor.

Voters in the Village of Zaleski also approved a proposed five year 4 mills renewal levy for fire and EMS services with 89% of ballots cast in favor.

Voters in the Village of Zaleski also approved a proposed five year 1 mills renewal levy for parks and recreation with 61% of ballots cast in favor.

Voters in Clinton Township approved a proposed 5 year one mill renewal levy for maintaining and operating cemeteries with 62% of the ballots cast for in favor.

Voters in Clinton Township approved a proposed five year .5 mil renewal levy for fire protection with 65% of the ballots cast in favor.

Voters in Eagle Township rejected a proposed five year 2 mill replacement levy for fire protection 60% of the ballots cast against.

Voters in Elk Township approved a proposed 5 year .5 mill renewal levy for operating and maintaining cemeteries with 68% of the ballots cast in favor.

Voters in Madison Township approved a proposed 5 year 1 mill renewal levy for Fire Protection with 63% of the ballots cast in favor.
