Bridgeport Man Convicted In Prescription Drug Case

U.S. Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld says Christopher Grigg, 24, of Bridgeport, Ohio, Robyn Jones, 23, of Kissimmee, Fla., and Josh Montgomery, 24, of Moundsville pleaded guilty this week in federal court in Wheeling to distribution charges involving the painkiller oxycodone.
Grigg also pleaded guilty to a money laundering count.
Court documents show Grigg had thousands of pills and $15,500 cash in his car when his car was stopped in Florida.
Grigg faces up to 40 years in prison and $1.5 million in fines.
The others face up to 20 years in prison and $1 million in fines apiece.
