More Patrols Planned For Warren Local

Washington County Sheriff's deputies will increase patrols in the Warren Local School district.
For the first time, high school students there will not be bused to classes.
Sheriff Larry Mincks said "We're hoping our visibility out there will encourage people to drive within the speed limit."
The Ohio Highway Patrol also plans to increase patrols in that area.
Bussing for many student has been eliminated in a belt-tightening move.
The first day of classes in the Warren district is next Thursday.
