Chillicothe Man Dies In Ross County Crash

One man is dead and another in critical condition after a one-vehicle crash in Ross County on Thursday evening.
Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers say Peter Davidson, 44, of Chillicothe, was traveling eastbound on Township Road 246 in Liberty Township around 8 p.m. when he drove off the right side of the road and hit a tree.
His passenger 38-year-old Dana Ross, of Chillicothe, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Davidson was flown by helicopter to the hospital and is still in critical condition.
The Chillicothe post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating the accident.
