Field Hockey: Gomez-Teruel Named MAC Offensive Player of the Week

Luli Gomez-Teruel was named MAC Offensive Player of the Week for her performance in last week’s game against Radford University.
Gomez-Teruel led the team in scoring for the 9-0 victory, racking up a record- breaking 5 goals. She set the single-game scoring record for Ohio in only her third match as a Bobcat. Gomez-Teruel also became the first collegiate player since 2010 to score five times in a match.
She is the second consecutive Bobcat to receive the award this season, following Taylor Brown’s Offensive Player of the Week award last week.
