Cody Stout was sentenced Tuesday to nine years and nine months in prison.
He pled guilty to 13 of his 14 charges including aggravated robbery, aggravated burglary, and felonious assault.
The court dismissed an attempted murder charge.
The Athens County Prosecutor says Cody admitted to being at the victim's home, but says he never went inside.
In January, 81-year-old Ota Vincent was beaten and stabbed inside her home and had to undergo months of rehabilitation.
In September, police arrested Stout along with Colin Stout, Christopher Fleming and Brandon Baker.
Stout agreed to testify against the other three and to never have contact with the victim.
Their trials were moved to early next year.
