Multimedia Storytelling In The Digital Age

All three were in Athens to speak at the 5th annual Schuneman Symposium.
Hodson, Jenkins, Amaria, and Louttit discuss the multimedia experience in twenty-first century storytelling, among other new media topics.
Jenkins spent thirteen years at The Washington Post before coming to NPR, and has won an Emmy and the Pulitzer Prize for his visual work. Jenkins speech focused on “Developing Visual Identity with Audio.”
Amaria joined the multimedia team at NPR as a producer/trainer after receiving a Fulbright Scholarship to travel to Mumbai, India in 2010. Amaria spoke about “Grasping for Excellence on the Front Lines.”
Louttit completed a series of high profile internships, including a position at The Washington Post, before going to The New York Times to serve as a multimedia producer. Louttit graduated from the E.W. Scripps College of Communication at Ohio University in 2008.
