The Birds in the Hills Festival is a family-friendly outdoor series of events featuring bird watching. You will have the opportunity to experience birding by kayak, bike and hikes throughout Appalachia Ohio.

Birds in the Hills: Birding by Kayak

Paddle around Lake Snowden, the hottest of the Athens County birding hot-spots, with Mimi Morrison and a birding expert. Paddlers could see red-headed woodpeckers and big raptors like Bald Eagles and Osprey.
