Join Hillary Gattian on Thursdays (June 30-August 18) from 5:30pm-7:30pm for a new look at a traditional art form. Embroidery, once thought of as strictly utilitarian, has made a resurgence in the 21st century as an accessible, meditative art form offering the artist a mode of relaxation and disconnection from the digital world. In this course, students will explore mixed media embroidery through instructor-directed projects and self-guided exploration.
