This one-day virtual workshop is Monday, August 21st from 3:00pm-5:00pm

In this virtual workshop, students will learn stitched shibori techniques from Quilt National ‘23 exhibiting artist, Sue Cortese. Students will learn all the essential steps for the Shibori dyeing technique; planning, drawing out a pattern, stitching, and gathering. Following the workshop participants will receive access to a recording of the class and demonstrations to review and solidify their skills. Recordings will be available for 6 weeks, so students have plenty of time to try out a variety of designs.
