Factory Street Studio (FSS) is excited to announce that our 2023 Spring Concert will be held on Friday, April 28 and Saturday, April 29 at Stuart’s Opera House. The Spring Concert will begin at 7 p.m. on Friday and 1 p.m. on Saturday. Tickets are $20 for the general public, $10 for students, and on sale now at factorystreetstudio.org.

FSS’ Spring Dance Concert features dances choreographed by both our teachers and students, as well as improvisations and exercises from our spring 2023 classes. Performances will feature our ballet, modern, jazz, hip-hop and tap technique students who have been working very hard in their respective classes since January.The Spring Dance Concert will also feature original and collaborative works by our dancers in the Composition class. The Composition students explore the world around them through creating their own movement, learning how to build a dance on their own, and working with their classmates. Our high school Capstone class will also be premiering a new, original work that was created through a year long exploration of their own creative processes. Factory Street is thrilled to invite our friends and community members to join us as we celebrate the end of a successful spring semester of dance!

FSS is grateful to be supported by generous donors who make it possible for us to offer affordable arts education in our community. This year, FSS has debuted new donor tiers for those willing to support our studio through a dance themed donation.
