We are offering a 2-day FREE Self-defense Krav Maga workshop on Oct 10th and 11th.

Krav Maga is one of the world’s most efficient street self-defense techniques. Used by many security forces it provides techniques to put yourself out of danger in a very fast manner. No previous experience is required. It doesn’t matter what your age or strength is, we all can learn how to take care of ourselves.
