The For the Love of Athens Photo Exhibition will feature photographs of people, places, and things in Athens County. Over the course of several months, 88 photographs were submitted by 16 different artists. This year, 25 of those photos will be on display in the ARTS/West Gallery for the month of February.

The top three best photographs will be announced during the reception, and an audience choice award will be given for…well an audience choice award, so show up to get your vote in! The top three winners will receive either an Athens Uncorked gift card, a Hyacinth Bean gift card or a Stuart’s Opera House gift basket! The audience choice awardee will receive a custom frame and matte from Lamborn’s Studio.

If your photographs were chosen to be in the show, don’t miss this opportunity to be recognized by your community! Those who didn’t make it in will also be featured on our big screen projector for a slide show presentation throughout the event.
