Master’s Apprentice

$5 – $7Become an apprentice to masters like Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo, Georgia O’Keeffe, or Mary Cassatt. Each month children in grades four through six will investigate the art, style, and technique used by a different master artist, then they will create their own masterpiece.
This month students will be studying Eckhardt’s beautiful sculptures, created for public libraries in the 1930s, illustrating children’s literature. Create your own colorful sculpture of your favorite story or book.
