The Community Read of “The Secret Life of Bees,” a 2 month event sponsored by the Racial Equity Coalition of Athens County, will conclude with a shared viewing of the the movie on a Zoom link (Date and time below) that can be found on the FaceBook page: Community Read of Athens County.  This 2008 PG 13 movie, starring Dakota Fanning and Queen Latifa, won a People’s Choice Award for  Favorite Dramatic Movie.   A zoom discussion of the movie will occur the following Monday on October 11.
