Strength & Mobility Clinic with Ohio University Physical Therapy

Doctoral students from Ohio University’s School of Physical Therapy, under the supervision of Dr. Robert Wayner, DPT, will assess each participant’s running gait biomechanics as well as perform a series of strength and mobility assessments. After the assessment, participants will receive instructions on exercises to address any areas of weakness that could potentially lead to injury. Participants also will receive shoe type recommendations based on their biomechanics. This event is free and open to the public. The clinic takes place at 6 p.m. Thursday, June 10, at Ohio Valley Running Company (20 Station St in Athens).
