Join Kojun (Nate Hayes) as he explores our tendencies to create and sustain narratives and stories about ourselves. Stories we identify with and cling to throughout our entire lives.
“We aren’t who we think we are and we never can be…And that might seem be a scary truth but in reality it contains the freedom we long for; the freedom to really live our lives fully and presently.”
Kojun is a Zen Buddhist, meditation practitioner and teacher.

Our in person services are for the fully vaccinated folks (please bring vaccination card) who are wearing an effective mask and maintaining a social distance. This will be the first time since March 2020 that some of us have met inside our building for a service. We’re honored that Kojun has agreed to give our first ever hybrid service–both by Zoom and in person at 184 Longview Heights, Athens, Ohio.
