Line Dance Fitness Class
Come “TURN UP” while you “BURN UP” calories with line dance fitness! If you are new to it, come learn, and if you are a pro, then come show us what you got! Most line dance songs are songs you already know and line dance fitness gives you a great cardio workout! You can wear sneakers or if you are feeling adventurous, wear a pair of heels and work those leg muscles! You’ll be having so much fun dancing you won’t even realize you are getting a workout!
When: Following Thursdays at 6pm
September 8, October 13, November 10, December 8
Fee: $5 per class or 2 for $7
