UpBEAT Food for Thought: Coping Series– Improve Sleep During a Pandemic

Though we can’t force sleep to happen, we can set-up our environment and routines to help nurture our sleep hygiene. Why is this important? Sleep allows us to be fully present and supports other areas of our life, extending to our eating and physical activity habits. Join us virtually, to learn some healthy practices that you can implement into your bedtime routine. UpBEAT (Be Educated and Active Together) is a program for those 55 years and older. Membership is free.
